Thank you as I have been fighting this for months. Hi there, I have been searching for new drivers for this adapter but without any Some case using driver for XP 64 bit working out on Win 7? My system detects the wmp54g, but can't find a driver. Their site only has vista 32bit drivers. Hi there I tried this exactly and my system freezes every time, I have to manually reboot in safe mode to remove the install. That'll work in XP and if you want to see if a newer version is available that is.

It has the latest driver and it still doesn't get internet connectivity. I finally called up Linksys support and got step by step help from them. There are still a relatively small amount of users for Vista Are there any people out there that might have an answer for me here?

Linksys site only lists 32 bit. This is especially useful if you have lost. Please note Ralink has removed the RT61 driver wkp54g their website. Uninstall the driver you are using, and install the one from here: I'd hate to have to go back to XP until Linksys manages to put out some drivers for their products, but it's not looking good here.
