Anyway long story short I e-mailed Lexmark re my color cartridge problem and they said they would send me a new cartridge- the one I bought in Walmart would not work. I think it means if you buy it you understand the cartridges are only refillable by Lexmark, or it means they are following the law thru some "agreement"!
